This is actually an apartment downtown. The shopping area and therefore the most alive during the day is less than 300 meters, so the visitor can take the pulse of the city just when he goes out on the street. 

The Romareda stadium is in the area and the university is very close to this apartment. Besides the lung of the city, the "Parque Grande" is 2 minutes walk. This park is a place frequented by the inhabitants of the city and has a great beauty.
