RESERVATIONS
The request for information for booking accommodations is done through the form of each apartment.
To confirm the reservation of each apartment the customer must pay a deposit, which varies depending on the apartment, but never exceeds 30% oof the full amount for your stay. The reservation is never confirmed until the deposit has been paid.
After the payment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the telephone number of the agent who will meet you at the door entrance to provide the keys. At this point the client will have to pay the remainder of the payment.
DEPOSIT
At the time of check-in customers will have to pay a deposit of € 200.00 , which will be returned at the end of the stay if everything is in order. If any damage is caused by the client this deposit will be held by Link Apartments to cover the costs. This deposit will also be held in when the apartment is not given back in its original condition (cleaning of the kitchen, rubbish removed etc).
ENTRY
To confirm your reservation you will have to provide your estimated time of arrival. If for any reason you need to change this time, you should call the phone number provided in our confirmation email to inform them of the changes. Once you confirm your arrival time one of our agents will be waiting at the entrance of the apartment where the remainder of the payment will be paid.
Please provide your agent to our identity, to make the necessary registration.
At the handover the client must provide photo identification as a guarantee. The conditions stated apply to all apartments managed by Link Apartments. please make sure that you agree to all terms and if you have any questions please Contact us at

Entrances to the apartments are possible from 15:00 onwards. If you wish to enter before, please contact us and we will try to make these arrangements.. For arrivals that occur after 22:00 a payment of € 25 will be charged.
STAY
Throughout your stay the key-holder, stated in your confirmation email, will be available if needed. Do not hesitate to call us if you have any questions or you experience any unexpected events, we will try to help in any way we can.
In the event that of damage in the apartment inform us immediately so we can fix the problem. You can also call us if there is any extra service which you would like to provide. We will do everything possible to help you.
OUT OF THE APARTMENT
The check-out time is at 11:00 on the morning of the final day of your reservation. If you need to leave later please let the keyholder know when you check-in and we will try to satisfy your needs.
At the agreed time of departure, the keyholder will come to the apartment to collect the keys and return the deposit.. If the check-out is before 8:00 an extra payment of € 25.00 will be charged.
PETS
Normally pets are not allowed in our apartments. If you have a pet you would like to bring with you please call us and we will try to find a solution.
BOOKING NUMBERS
The number of people who appear on the reservation, must be those who actually occupy the apartment. If you would like to increase the number of occupants the client must notify Link Apartments before checking into the apartment, but this may never be higher than the maximum number of occupants set by Link Apartments.. If this is not followed, Link Apartments is within its rights to evict the client from the apartment.
BEHAVIOR
The behavior of all guests will be the responsibility of the person signing the lease. Note that you will find in an apartment which is located in a community of neighbors, so to adhere to minimum standards of conduct will be necessary. These rules will be fully exposed in the contract is signed at the entrance to the floor.
The failure of us would oblige them to evict the floor without the guests are entitled to compensation.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES IN RESERVES
If the client would like to change apartments for another Link Apartment’s property changes are possible 90 days before check-in date, as long as the requested property is available. Otherwise a cancellation may be made. If you would like to make a change of dates, fee of €20.00 is required and the request must be made 30 days before original arrival date. In the case of cancellations:
- Inform Link Apartments more than 90 days before original check-in date. The deposit will be returned less € 50.00 for management costs.
- If informed between 30 and 90 days of the booking, the deposit will not be returned.
- If informed less than 30 days before, the full price for the apartment will be charged
CHANGES
In the case that that there is a problem with the requested apartment(such as reconstruction work, repairs, etc. ...), and Link Apartments can not give you the reserved apartment, we will try to offer you an apartment located in the same area with the same features or better of that which has been reserved. In case you do not agree with the change, you are entitled to reserve full refund.
LIABILITY
Link Apartments and the owner is not responsible for any damage caused during the stay in the apartment. Nor are they responsible for the property of the guests during their trip and stay in the apartment. Booking an apartment with Link Apartments means that all the terms and conditions are agreed to.
